In this practical and hands-on 2 days training course, we will cover the basics of user experience design, from research to the implementation of an MLP (Minimum Loveable Product).
We will focus on:
- Exploring why User Experience matters
- Understanding the needs and wants of your customers
- Creating Personas and User Journeys
- Defining the Design Principle for your solution
- Brainstorming and sketching ideas
- Creating wireframes and prototyping your idea
- Mapping the customer experience
- Testing and validating your solution
- Defining the MVP
- Presenting your idea
Why User Experience Design?
If you have no customers, you have no business. The role of User Experience (UX) Design is to create a product or service that people love and create an emotional connection with. This will drive your customers to buy your product, engage with it over time and refer it to their friends and will make your business sustainable and succesful.

- Cancelation policy
If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org at least 15 days prior to the course and we will refund your full payment. If cancellation is within 14 days of your workshop I’m afraid we are unable to offer a refund. We can offer a transfer to another course on an alternative date, providing there are places available or a course is planned for the future. We do appreciate that sometimes-unforeseen circumstances may mean that you can’t attend, so we are happy for you to transfer your ticket to another person. If that is the case we will need their name and contact details prior to the workshop.
Should we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, we will aim to give you as much notice as possible of the cancellation. We will give you a full refund or if you prefer a transfer to an alternative available course, space permitting. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for travel or other costs.
